Framing Standards for Your PicturesOffering clients a choice of over 4,000 mouldings David specialises in natural hardwoods and can have mouldings specially milled. He frames to three different standards, depending on what you require: Commended gives mid range protection to your artworks and will last up to 100 years. Conservation standard uses specialist glass and has even more barriers built into the frame, of which there is a choice of 2,000 mouldings to choose from, which prevent deterioration in artwork. "David did a great piece of work framing our lighthouses picture for a display in a London fish restaurant. The picture is tall and narrow depicting six different coloured lighthouses. David picked out their colours in the mountboard, which he stepped around them, and finished it off in a deep oak frame to match the venue's decor."
